Under the Dhulikhel
Municipality & HEIFER Project Nepal's economic and technical cooperation,
the Human and National Development Society (HANDS Nepal) in coordination
with Dhulikhel Municipality, is implementing programs focused on agriculture,
livestock-based small businesses, and youth entrepreneurship development.
In this regard, sealed quotations are invited from eligible bidders in
accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063, Clause 8(2)(b), and Public
Procurement Regulations, 2064, Sub-rule 4 and 5. The details of the sealed
quotation are as follows:

Instructions for Sealed Quotation Submission:
- Eligible bidders must submit their sealed
quotations within 15 days of this notice's publication (by 2080/11/22)
at the HANDS Nepal office in Sindhupalchowk. The bid security amount of NPR
9,000 should be deposited either in cash or into the designated bank
account.
- Sealed quotations will be opened on 2080/11/23
at 10:00 AM at the HANDS Nepal Sindhupalchowk office in the
presence of bidders or their representatives. If the deadline falls on a
public holiday, submission and opening will take place on the next working
day at the same time.
- Bid Security Validity: The bid security must
remain valid for at least 45 days from the opening date.
- The supplier must deliver the Boer Bucks
within 20 days of the contract award.
- If the lowest bid price and other conditions are
the same, the supplier with past experience and better-quality
assurance will be given priority.
- The procurement committee reserves the right to reject
any or all bids without assigning any reason.
