Under the Dusadhi Municipality
& Help Project Nepal's financial and technical assistance, the Human
and National Development Society (HANDS Nepal), Siddhuli, is inviting bids
from eligible bidders for the procurement of road and transportation
materials for the livelihood and agriculture development program based
on agriculture and livestock development in Dusadhi Municipality. This
procurement is being carried out in accordance with Public Procurement Act,
2063, and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. The bid invitation notice has
been published through the national competitive bidding process.

- Eligible bidders can purchase the bid documents
from the Human and National Development Society (HANDS Nepal), Siddhuli,
by submitting a written request and presenting a copy of their business
registration certificate, tax clearance certificate, and VAT certificate.
A non-refundable fee of NPR 3,000 must be deposited in the HANDS
Nepal-PSFYEALD Account No.: 05800500245140000001 at Nepal Investment
Mega Bank. The deposit slip must be submitted while obtaining the bid
documents.
- The bid submission deadline is 2081/11/21 by
12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted to the HANDS Nepal office in Siddhuli
either in person or through a courier service.
- Bids will be opened on 2081/11/22 at 2:30 PM
at the HANDS Nepal office in the presence of bidders' representatives.
However, in case of their absence, the bids will still be opened.
- Bidders must submit a bid security deposit as per
the details mentioned above. The security deposit should be valid for 120
days from the bid opening date.
- The bid evaluation process will be conducted based
on the organization’s procurement regulations, and the final decision will
be taken by HANDS Nepal.
- If the tender process encounters any unforeseen
circumstances, HANDS Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any bid
without assigning any reason.
