- The Survey Department invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following goods under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The name and identification of the contract are as follows:

- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Survey Department, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu. Tel. 01 4627213, Email: procurement@dos.gov.np (mailto:procurement@dos.gov.np) or may visit ePPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidding documents are available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Survey Department, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu at 14:00 on above mentioned date.
- Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/epp to the above office of Survey Department, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu on or before 12:00 hour on January 19, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hour on January 19, 2025 at the office of Survey Department, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security (as mentioned above) which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
- Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids electronically. The electronic bidding process consists of two stages: registration and submission. Bids must be submitted in a single file. The submission of the bid is not complete until the bidder has submitted the scanned copy of the bid security. The bid security must be in the form of a bank guarantee or a demand draft. The bid security must be in the name of the Survey Department.
- The Bid Submission Deadline is January 19, 2025, 12:00 hours. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend.
