Re Invitation for Bids(Date of publication: 2081/09/07 (22nd Dec, 2024))
- The Pokhara Academy of Health Science re-invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following goods under National competitive bidding as per public procurement act and regulations.
- Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 23 of the Bidding Document.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Pokhara Academy of Health Science, Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara, Tel: 061-503457 or may visit the PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of Pokhara Academy of Health Science by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00 for each bid document, till 2081/09/28 during office hours or download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. - Bids must be submitted at the Pokhara Academy of Health Science, Pokhara through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs (Local Time) on 2081/09/29 (22nd Jan, 2025). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs on 2081/09/29 (22nd Jan, 2025) at the office of Pokhara Academy of Health Science, Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security not less than the amount specified in the table below for respective packages.If the last date of bid submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
- All other related terms and conditions shall be as per the provision of Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.
