This company, in accordance with the directives issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority, requires the purchase of house/land for its central office as detailed below. Interested individuals/organizations who wish to sell their house/land are requested to submit their sales proposals to the company's central office at Classic Complex, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Interested individuals/organizations must submit their sales proposals within office hours on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice. If the last day for submitting and opening the proposals falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the last day for submission and opening. The proposals will be opened at the company's central office on the day following the last day of submission.

  2. The proposed house/land must be connected to a main road of approximately 8 meters.

  3. The price per Ropani of the house/land to be sold must be clearly stated in both numerals and words. In case of any dispute, the price written in words will prevail.

  4. A blueprint map clearly showing the plot number of the house/land must be included.

  5. A location map of the house/land must be submitted, with the boundaries of the land marked on the map.

  6. If a house has been built on the land, the house map and the house completion certificate must be submitted. If the house is under construction, a copy of the building permit issued by the relevant authority must be attached.

  7. The following documents must be attached: a notarized application from the landowner or authorization documents for applying, a copy of the land ownership certificate, a copy of the landowner's citizenship certificate, and a copy of the tax payment receipt for the current fiscal year.

  8. The area of the land mentioned in the land ownership certificate and the area verified by field measurement will be considered, whichever is less.

  9. In the case of institutional land, a copy of the land ownership certificate and identification and authorization documents of the authorized person must be submitted.

  10. When submitting the proposal, the envelope must be marked "House/Land Sale Proposal for Nepal Life" and registered at the address given below within the deadline.

  11. The mentioned house/land must be free from any disputes or lawsuits, and a self-declaration to that effect must be submitted.

  12. If the mentioned house/land is mortgaged or pledged as collateral with any bank, financial institution, or other entity, full details thereof must be submitted.

  13. The company reserves all rights to proceed/not proceed with the house/land purchase process and to purchase/not purchase the proposed house/land.
