1. Nepal Army Headquarters, as per the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, invites electronic bids for the procurement of the following goods from among eligible bidders for the fiscal year 2024/05/02. The details of the bidding documents can be downloaded from the e-GP System website or by visiting the office during office hours.

2. Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Director General, Nepal Army Headquarters, during office hours or on the e-GP System website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before the specified date and time. If the last date of bid submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered as the last date for bid submission.
4. Bids will be opened electronically at the specified date and time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
5. The Nepal Army reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
