Kamalamai Municipality, Office of The Municipal Executive invites electronic sealed quotations from Nepalese eligible manufacturers/suppliers for the Procurement & Supply works specified in the table hereunder under Sealed Quotations Procedures. The estimated amounts for the works are as stated in the table herewith.
Eligible manufacturers/suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed Quotations Documents at the PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
Manufacturers/suppliers to submit their sealed quotation electronically may download the sealed quotation documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Manufacturers/suppliers submitting their sealed quotations electronically only should deposit the cost Nrs. 1,000.00 (Nrs. One Thousand) non-refundable of sealed quotations document in the internal revenue account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the sealed quotations at the time of electronic submission of the sealed quotations. Electronic sealed quotations must be submitted to the office Kamalamai Municipality, Office of The Municipal Executive, Sindhuli by PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM on January 07, 2025.
The electronic sealed quotations will be opened in the presence of suppliers' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on January 07, 2025 at the office of Kamalamai Municipality, Office of The Municipal Executive, Sindhuli. Sealed quotations must be valid for a period of 45 Days after the deadline for submission of sealed quotations and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of cash security or scanned copy of the bid security issued by the authorized banks of Nepal, amounting to a minimum of the amount as specified in the table below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
