Jan Jagaran Youth Club (JJYC), Bara, established in 2054 B.S., is a legally registered, non-governmental, non-profit organization. It envisions a community free from poverty, empowered economically and socially, and aware of their fundamental rights and dignity. The organization primarily aims to provide essential support to marginalized, vulnerable, and at-risk populations, particularly women, children, people with disabilities, and disadvantaged communities in Madhesh Province, to enhance their livelihoods sustainably.
To operate a branch office, the organization requires a suitable house with the following specifications: located within the designated area, not violating road expansion criteria, and free from any legal or security issues. The house should have:
- Ground floor/first floor/second floor with a minimum of four rooms (10*12 ft each) per floor.
- Two restrooms.
- Two meeting halls capable of accommodating 15–20 people.
- Parking space for 15–20 motorcycles and two four-wheelers, enclosed by a boundary wall.
Interested individuals, firms, or companies willing to rent their house as per the following format are requested to submit sealed proposals within 15 days of this notice’s publication.

Required Conditions/Facilities
- The proposed house must be an RCC Frame Structure.
- Availability of water, electricity, and road access is mandatory.
- The house must have approved blueprints and a completion certificate from the concerned authority.
- The property must not fall within road expansion standards.
- The house should be free from any disputes or legal cases.
- Minimum rental duration: 3 years, with the option for renewal.
- For properties owned by firms/companies, the firm registration certificate, PAN, and board resolution must be submitted.
- There must be adequate road access for four-wheelers to reach the office.
Documents to be Submitted with the Proposal
- Financial proposal clearly mentioning the monthly rent (including taxes).
- Blueprints and trace maps of the property.
- A location map indicating the property’s exact location.
- Layout map with measurements aligning with the blueprint.
- Photos of the house and a copy of the approved blueprint.
- Copies of property ownership documents and the owner's citizenship.
Sealed proposals must be submitted within 15 days from the first publication date. If the final date falls on a public holiday, the deadline will extend to the next working day. Late submissions will be automatically disqualified.
Proposals will be opened at the organization’s office in the presence of representatives from both the organization and the bidders. Absence of a bidder or their representative will not hinder the process.
The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or partially accept them without providing any justification. Any supplier attempting to influence the process will have their proposal canceled.

The bidder's name, address, and contact number must be written on the envelope. Hard copies of the sealed proposals must be submitted to the organization’s office in Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City–1, Motibagh, Bara, by 4:00 PM on December 31, 2024 (2081/09/16).
