Eligibility and Qualification Details:
Eligibility:
- Open to eligible bidders as per Section V of the bidding document.
- Only electronic bids from eligible bidders are invited under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two Envelope procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Annual Average Construction Turnover: NRs. 140 million over the best 3 years within the last 10 years.
- Work Experience:
- At least one government-funded RCC office building worth NRs. 224 million completed in the last 5 years.
- The completed project must include a minimum of 215 cu.m. M20 RCC works and 25mt steel reinforcement works.
Bid Document Purchase Fee:
- Non-refundable fee: NRs. 5,000.00
- Payment must be made by 2081-10-21 (2025-01-04), 12:00 PM through the e-GP system (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp).
