Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality invites sealed bids or electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Raja Harisinghdev Mandir Nirman under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Nrs. 86,557,483.15 (exclusive of VAT and contingencies).
Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality, Maheshpur Patari, or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the office of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality by eligible bidders or may be downloaded in softcopy for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Eligible bidders who wish to submit their bid electronically should deposit the cost of bidding document Nrs. 5,000.00 in the Project’s Rajaswa (Revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher must be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bid.

Pre-bid meetings shall be held at Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality.
Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon on 2081/10/09 (January 23, 2025).
The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 2081/10/09 (January 23, 2025) at the office of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality, Maheshpur Patari. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for bid submission and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security issued by authorized banks of Nepal amounting to Nrs. 2,500,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
If the last date of bid submission or bid opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
