Notice for Invitation to Bid

(Construction of Sheep Shed)

This notice is published for eligible and interested registered construction firms/contractors to submit sealed or electronic bids for the Construction of Incomplete Sheep Shed under the National Competitive Bidding process. The necessary details, terms, and conditions for the bid can be found on the Public Procurement Management Office's (PPMO) website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders must submit their bids online using the E-bidding system within the specified time frame.

Conditions:

1. Eligible bidders must meet the following criteria:
   a) Must be a registered construction firm or contractor with up-to-date renewal.
   b) Must have a VAT (Value Added Tax) and PAN registration certificate.
   c) Must submit a tax clearance certificate for fiscal year 2079/80.
   d) Must not be blacklisted.

2. The bid security amount must be submitted in the form of cash or bank guarantee to the designated account within the submission deadline.

3. Interested bidders can purchase the bid documents electronically by paying a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000 until the deadline.

4. The bid submission deadline is 2081/05/31 (Nepali Calendar) by 12:00 Noon.

   • Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. The bids will be opened on the same day, 2081/05/31 at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

6. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid opening.

7. The original bid security document must be submitted to the office before the bid opening date and time.

8. Interested firms can obtain more information from the official website or office during office hours.

9. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, partially or fully, without providing any reason.
